Helpful Tips & Instructions
1. SELECT YOUR GEAR
You can see a live preview of your personalization on any of the gear below. Select the size, color and orientation of your gear before adding personalizations to make sure the item you want is in stock. Be sure to measure yourself or your gear before selecting your size or model. Personalized items cannot be returned.
2. CLICK TO PERSONALIZE
Most of the gear has multiple locations to personalize. When you click "Yes" all of your options will be revealed for that location. Click "No" if you decide you do not want to personalize that location. "Yes" will add the upcharge for the personalization to the overall price and "No" will remove it.
3. ENTER YOUR TEXT
When you type in the text field, it will appear on a live preview of the product. You can hover over the image for a closeup. Scroll up or down and the preview will follow the scroll.
4. SELECT FONT AND THREAD COLOR
If you are personalizing multiple locations on one product, you can only choose one thread color for all locations, with the exception of the FITASC line. You can choose different fonts for different locations.
5. REPEAT STEPS 2-4 FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION LOCATIONS
If you decide you do not want any of the personalization options, simply click "No" under the personalize label. This will remove the upcharge and you should no longer see the corresponding personalization on the live preview. For any personalization you choose to keep, make sure "Yes" remains chosen and that you see your personalization on the live preview.
6. DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING AND SELECTIONS
Everyone makes mistakes and we want your gear to appear just as you had hoped, so please double check all spelling. Be sure to click "No" on any locations you chose not to personalize. Personalized items cannot be returned.
7. ADD TO CART
You've added all of your personalizations, and the live preview appears exactly as you want, so now, simply click "Add to Cart".
8. REMINDERS
Personalization can add up to 7 days for processing.
Personalized items cannot be returned but are under warranty.
Personalization preview is for representation only; actual product may look different and text size may be adjusted to fit appropriately on the item.
