Become a Dealer:

If you are interested in becoming a dealer please fill out the form below.  In the Questions/Comments section please include the following information:

1.  Your Web Site URL(s)

2.  A brief description of your site

3.  A brief description of the items you intend to carry

4.  Tax ID Number

5.  Tax Registration Name

6.  List any buy groups you are currently a member of, i.e., NBS, Sports Inc., Worldwide, Mid-States, etc.

We will then review your information, and inform you of your eligibility within several business days.
